The “PECB Certified ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor” exam fully meets the requirements of the PECB Examination and Certification Programme (ECP). The exam covers the following competency domains:

  • Domain 2: Information security management system (ISMS)
  • Domain 3: Planning an ISMS implementation based on ISO/IEC 27001
  • Domain 4: Implementing an ISMS based on ISO/IEC 27001
  • Domain 5: Monitoring and measurement of an ISMS based on ISO/IEC 27001
  • Domain 6: Continual improvement of an ISMS based on ISO/IEC 27001
  • Domain 7: Preparing for an ISMS certification audit

After successfully passing the exam, you can apply for the relevant credentials. You will receive the certificate once you comply with all the requirements related to the selected credential. How do I become certified?
In order to become a PECB Certified ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer, you need to comply with the following requirements:
Pass the PECB Certified ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer exam or equivalent.
Possess at least five years of professional experience, including two years of work experience in Information Security Management.
Hold a total of 300 hours or more of ISMS project activities.
Sign the PECB Code of Ethics.
